How do I place an order with Grand Surface?
Ordering and paying on the grandsurface.com website is very easy:
- Go to the desired article
- Choose the desired number
- Click add to cart
- Review and complete your order by accepting our terms and conditions and paying
- After checkout, the order is final and we get to work
When will an order be delivered?
We ship our products with different carriers depending on size, weight, destination and crowds. Normally, orders are delivered within 1 to 3 days.
Can an order that has already been placed still be changed?
Once the order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, then retrieval or modification of an order is no longer possible. You can then return your product (with the exception of specially created products).
Was my order successful?
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Did you not receive the confirmation e-mail within one working day? Always check your “junk mail” folder first. Can’t find the confirmation email here either? Then log in to your account to check your order history.
Does your order appear in your Order History? If so, please contact us to report that you did not receive a confirmation email.
Is your order not listed in your Order History? Unfortunately, your order was not completed correctly. Please place your order again.
