You can return most purchases (with the exception of custom or finished products) within 14 days. After you register your return with us, you will receive a return number from us and then you have 7 days to actually return the products. Please mention the return number so we can help you as soon as possible.
Products must be returned in unopened packaging and in undamaged condition.

Please note, always check your order as soon as you receive it. Has something gone wrong with the order or do you have damage to a product? If so, please notify us immediately upon receipt of your order so we can report it to the carrier.

How do I return a product?

Step 1
Check if your product may be returned. Every webshop consumer has the right to revoke the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good. Custom-made products are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal. Products that we have mixed or filled especially for you cannot be returned.

Step 2
Report your return to us by sending an email to info@grandsurface.com.
You will then receive a return number and return form from us.

Step 3
Once you receive a return number, carefully pack the products in the original box or other sturdy packaging. Always check that the product is properly packed, as any damage caused by your own actions or the actions of the delivery driver is at your own risk. Any damage to the product we receive may mean that we deduct the cost of this from the amount to be credited.

For consumables, to evaluate the product it is not necessary to unpack or open it. If you do, the product is no longer saleable and the depreciation may be 100%. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Step 4
Print out the return form you received from us via email and put it in the box. Send the package to our address JF Kennedylaan 248, 5981 WX Panningen, Netherlands.

Step 5
After shipping, keep your shipping receipt until your return is fully processed. This allows us to track your shipment if something goes wrong. Return costs are at your own expense.

Step 6
We will process your return. Once your return is processed, we will refund you.

How do I know if you have received my return?

If you have returned a product and expect a refund, you will receive a credit invoice from us by mail with the amount to be received. You will receive this credit invoice when we have received your return shipment in good order. You can also track your return via your track & trace code.

How soon will I be refunded after returning?

We will do our best to refund you as soon as possible. No later than one week after receiving your return, you will receive the credit invoice and payment.
