What are the shipping costs?

Parcels are standard free delivery in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany with a minimum order value of €100,- excl. VAT. For most other countries, free shipping applies to order values of €500,- excluding VAT. For orders with an order value below €100,- respectively €500,- we charge shipping costs depending on order size and destination. This concerns DDU deliveries.

Grand Surface chooses an appropriate carrier depending on dimensions, weight, destination and crowds. This may vary for each order.

Pick up?

The order can also be picked up in Panningen. Note: ON AN APPOINTMENT ONLY. Picking up a package in Panningen is always free of charge.

Can I have my order delivered abroad?

Yes indeed, Grand Surface delivers worldwide.

How will my order be packaged?

Our products are of the highest quality. We ship the order in extra sturdy packaging to eliminate damage during transport. This way we ensure that your order is delivered on time and in top condition.

I received my order, but not all items have been delivered or are damaged. What should I do?

If your order consists of several products, it may be split into several packages. In exceptional cases there may be a difference in the day of delivery. In case of damage we ask you to email info@grandsurface.com immediately.
